Michael Childers

As our Operations and Data Director, Michael works to secure optimal data for our programs and oversees program managers to ensure efficacy and efficiency. He also develops software and procedures for internal data management.

Before joining our team, Michael worked as an ACA Outreach Data Manager for Community Connect, where he managed and coordinated local data needs for Planned Parenthood and Community Connect. He has also worked for the Ohio Democratic Party, Senator Sherrod Brown, Advancing Wisconsin, and the Teaching Assistant's Association.
