CHALLENGE

Convincing congressional leadership to invest in chips domestically despite concerns about government subsidies and intra-industry disagreements.

STRATEGY

We targeted House leadership and influential GOP senators' offices, connecting thousands of constituents with live patch-through calls.

RESULTS

We helped secure $76 billion of funding for domestic chip production for our client, USA Chipmaking. The CHIPS and Science Act passed the Senate and House with strong bipartisan support. ​
