Sean Kirwin, a native of Tallahassee, FL, arrived at Winning Connections in June 2006 after graduating from the College of Charleston that May with a degree in History. Sean worked the 2004 presidential election cycle with Winning Connections through a fellowship with the University of South Carolina’s Washington Semester Program, and was hired back.
