Ari Appel is Vice President of Innovation at Winning Connections. He works with clients to develop and implement strategic voter contact and grassroots advocacy programs. He has managed dozens of programs in 16 states, from mayoral races to governor’s campaigns and from local ballot measures to national advocacy efforts.
Ari arrived at Winning Connections early in 2005, fresh off the campaign trail. During the 2004 cycle, Ari worked with America Coming Together on its successful campaign to elect Democrats up and down the ticket in New Hampshire. Before entering politics, Ari performed as an actor and musician, and spent time in the UK teaching American politics and history. Ari is a 2003 graduate of Harvard University.
