In order to tailor our programs to meet the imperatives of each client, we work hard at the outset to profile the target audience. Using polling data, focus group reports and other research, we analyze how the issue engages general voters of different political outlooks, demographic profiles or geographic locations.
Individualized Communications
Our research shows that form communications are generally ineffective in getting through to decision-makers. Therefore, we vary our mobilization messages and make sure that each caller we patch-through to a lawmaker’s office is coached to deliver an informed and passionate message.
Integrated Programs
Advocacy efforts work best when their individual components are well-integrated. Each program should amplify and complement the others. We work closely with our clients to harmonize messages and establish appropriate time frames for each program element.
A Wide Range of Issues
We have developed programs on issues ranging from health care, the environment and education to taxes, gaming and urban planning. We know how to explain complex regulatory policies in terms that voters can relate to, and we’re able to energize voters not just on “top tier” issues but on lower profile ones as well.
Advocacy Tools
The most effective way to mobilize constituents is through an outbound patch-through calling program, where we actively mobilize individual constituents, coach them on how to talk to their legislators or other policymakers, and then automatically patch them through to the officeholder. Our operators will recruit, screen and train callers and then directly connect them (patch them through) to the target office. We can also set up a toll-free number for activists to call. Both of these phone-based programs can be directly integrated with e-mail and fax communications. In addition, we can deploy surveys, collect e-mail addresses, and send automated messages to mobilize key constituencies.
