Winning Connections helped Senator Deeds get his message out on jobs, reproductive choice and the Washington Post endorsement through dozens of targeted call programs. Interesting note – Google trends ‘predicted’ Creigh’s win a week out.
We earned 26 Pollie Awards at the AAPC conference in April - more live call awards than any other firm. We are pleased these calls helped to elect Al Franken to the Senate, and helped groups like the Sierra Club, LCV, USAction, Montana Planned Parenthood and the California Labor Council get their messages out. Mobilizing Grassroots Support for Climate Change
We have recently worked with the Sierra Club, League of Conservation Voters, and other Partnership Project members to support the Waxman-Markey American Clean Energy and Security Act. We helped them mobilize thousands of supporters to contact their Congressperson, and the bill passed the committee. Winning Connections worked with Save Darfur to turn out people in front of the White House to call for urgent action to end the genocide in Darfur. The event also featured the stories of survivors from the Holocaust as well as Darfur, Rwanda, Bosnia, Cambodia, Southern Sudan and Armenia. Celebrating 39 Years of ACORN
