As EJ Dionne pointed out in the Post on Monday, Governor Scott Walker’s plan to gut public employees’ collective bargaining rights in Wisconsin is a direct assault on the national labor movement.  Winning Connections is helping to mobilize union members and other progressives against this draconian legislation. In our Telephone Town Halls and calling programs, we’re finding growing support for the workers. This strong support for public employees’ rights was borne out in a recent New York Times/CBS News poll. We’re committed to doing all that we can to fight back in Wisconsin, Ohio and as many states as necessary.
